Terms and Conditions

Our Promise

  1. Complete all projects with pride and to our high standards.
  2. Jobs under 20,000 to receive only one invoice with no progress payments required.
  3. Every site checked by our Site Manager using our comprehensive check list.
  4. All slab floors floor scraped.
  5. All wall plates left clean and free from dags.
  6. Prompt return to site if our mistake has been identified.
  7. All jobs set at least 5 days prior to bricklayers commencing.
  8. Bricklayers commencing job no more than 5 days after site has been set.
  9. The team that starts a job, completes the job.
  10. All rubbish left in a neat pile.
  11. All bricks removed from slab of completed job.
  12. All internal walls brushed down.
  13. Our start and completion dates adhered to as best as possible.

Our Conditions

  1. Site must have power and water within 15 meters of sand pile.
  2. Sand pile must be within 7 meters and level with job.
  3. Our company does not do any Face FLUSH jointing.  
  4. Our company does not build letterboxes.
  5. We require a lead time of 4 weeks for any new work.
  6. Site must have ALL steel, bricks, cement, window and door frames on site prior to commencement.
  7. Builders and clients must allow for unfavourable weather conditions when using our start and completion dates to schedule.
  8. All invoices to be paid within 7 working days.
